24 Hour Pick Up with Smart Locker
We utilize a secure smart locker system that allows you to conveniently and confidentially pick up prescriptions 24 hours a day. Smart lockers are located within our entryway and are sanitized routinely.
If you would like to utilize this patient benefit, we will need your email address. Once your prescription is ready and has been placed in the locker by an Epiphany employee, you will receive an access code and QR code that you can use anytime within the next 3 days to gain access to our smart locker with your prescription inside. You will receive a daily reminder for the next 3 days. Our smart locker is monitored through 24-hour video surveillance so that you can feel confident that your prescription can be securely picked up. If you cannot pick up your prescription in a timely manner, we will mail it to you unless you notify us beforehand (additional charges may apply). **You may receive a system generated email that it will be mailed after 3 days in the locker, but be assured that it will be kept in there until an Epiphany staff member reaches out via text message.**

We offer free shipping for orders that are $90.00 and over.
Shipping for orders less than $90.00: $9.00
UPS overnight and UPS second day options available for extra fee.

Free Shipping Options
We offer free shipping within 10 miles of Epiphany Compounding.
**We have transitioned away from free delivery via courier and are now offering free fedex instead. Fedex deliveries are typically to your front door, no signature required, and usually arrive in 1-3 days once it has left our pharmacy. You will also be texted a tracking # once it has left our facility. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY BASED ON WEATHER AND TYPE OF ORDER BEING SHIPPED.**
